Portland Festival has been a music and gospel message event coordinated by the Luis Palau Evangelistic Association and held in downtown Portland (at Waterfront Park).   There is no Portland Festival yet planned for 2003.

Portland Festival 1999 on August 20-21 was attended by more than 90,000 people.

Mission Portland worked closely with Andrew Palau, the Festival Coordinator, to encourage all believers to bring their unsaved family and friends to the Portland Festival.
