The Law Enforcement Network of Mission Portland is coordinated by: 

John Elms, Portland Police Chaplain & Diane Dennis, Office Administrator for Officer Alive!  

A Weekly Prayer Meeting in the Portland Police Chief's Office led by David Chown is held on Mondays from 6:30AM to 8AM on the 15th Floor of the Justice Center at 1111 SW 2nd in downtown Portland.  If you would like to attend this prayer meeting contact Chaplain John Elms at 503-680-3540.  

The 17th Annual "Code 4" Christian Law Enforcement Conference, "Mission Possible: Surviving a Police Career," was held April 1-3, 2003 at Cannon Beach Conference Center on the Oregon coast.

The featured speaker was the talented humorist, Harold Elliot, who chaplained the Arlington, Texas police department for over 20 years.  Special music was performed by Paul and Sandy Olds.
