Mission Portland has identified "Equipping the Saints" as an Enablement Resource which is available to the Church of Portland.

Dennis Blevins, Mission Portland Networking City Coordinator and Executive Pastor at Greater Portland Bible Church, has conducted many "Equipping the Saints" training classes over the past 11 years. He is presently leading a number of groups in both a church context and community context.
